Since childhood, monsoon has a special place in my heart, its dynamic and unpredictable atmosphere has the current that had been exciting Indians for ages. This is a painting of a farmer who can't resist himself from enjoying the first showers of monsoon as he gazes his fields. Every year monsoon arrives beaming with new life, new colour and new light. For a country like India where more than 50 percent of the population are directly involved in farming and most of them are directly depended on monsoon. And when it arrives the smile on the farmer's face is in millennium. We all are directly or indirectly depended on monsoon.
