We all human beings are a petal of lotus flower, we came here for spared love, peace ,prosperity, happiness and positivity, as lotus flower is symbol of purity and positivity, it teaches how to come from dark to lights, as lotus flower blooms in mud but remains pure, so when we connecting with nature, we learn how to move from dark towards enlightenment.
I, Ram Prakash Joshi, having a passion towards art and culture, since my childhood, hailing from a remote village in Uttarakhand, still have my roots attached to my sole. I have been immensely inspired by the fauna and flora, as well as its cultural heritage that reflects in my art work.
Being a veteran techno warrior, I had retired from my job to peruse my passion towards art and my fascination towards nature, by translating my thoughts into canvas. The transformation from Armed Forces to an Artist is an exciting journey as a freelancer, I have settled down at Vadodara.
My lifelong observation into compelling artist, with a calm mind, as art is a way to meditate for me. Most of my art work are conceptual, inspired by nature and Indian mythology. I work on various medium like Water-Colour, Acrylics, Oil, Charcoal and other medium to express myself.
I am a self taught artist, as per my educational qualifications goes, I am a Bachelor of Arts, from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, in 1996 and also a Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
I have participated in various group shows and my work has been displayed in solo exhibitions in India. My art work is with Indian Army and private collectors in India and abroad.
I work in Vadodara which is the art and cultural city of Gujarat.
