How do I register myself as an artist on Bestcollegeart?

You can click on "Login/Signup". There you will have an option to "Create Account". You can also sign up with your Facebook or Google account. Once you have created an account. You will get an option which says "Register as an Artist". Just click on that and your request will reach us. Our team will then contact you and will take your registration forward.

Can artists outside of India also register on Bestcollegeart?

Yes, an artist can register from anywhere in the world. However, you will have to send the artwork to our Delhi office once it's sold. If you are an International artist, you may please write to Happyhelp@bestcollegeart.com and we will surely support you in every way possible.

If I register on Bestcollegeart, can I also register elsewhere?

Yes, you can register elsewhere also, but will have to make sure that the artwork that is listed on Bestcollegeart is not shown anywhere else. Also, in case you sell these artworks on your own, you have remove them from the Bestcollegeart portal within 3 hours.

How many Artworks can I upload at a given time?

You can upload up to 5 Artworks at a time. You will get an option to upload more if any of them is sold. Also, Bestcollegeart can choose to increase or decrease the number of artworks you can upload at any time.

What are your payment policies?

Bestcollegeart has the most transparent payment system. For all the artworks sold in a month, the artist will be paid by the 7th of the next month. For example, If your artwork sells on any date in August, you will be paid by 7th of September. For any specific questions or assistance with payment, please write to Happyhelp@bestcollegeart.com

What will you do to sell my artworks?

We at Bestcollegeart believe in equal opportunity for all artists. Our curators and art advisors will provide their feedback on price and other aspects of the artwork. We also market your artwork online through the various marketing mediums available. Our objective is to ensure that the right art reaches the right set of collectors and curators worldwide.

How do I price my artworks?

Bestcollegeart allows each artist to determine the price of their work themselves. However, our internal art advisory team will check the prices before approving any artwork. They have the right to reject any artwork if they feel that the price quoted is too high. Our objective is to make art accessible to all.

I uploaded my artworks, they are showing as pending. What should I do?

Please don't worry, our art advisory team generally takes up to 48 working hours to approve all artworks. However, in case it has been more than 48 working hours and it's still showing pending, we request you to write to Happyhelp@bestcollegeart.com and we shall get back to you asap.

What happens if the work is not sold?

We want to maintain freshness on the portal. To provide equal opportunity to all artists, the artworks uploaded will be live only for 120 days on the website. If not sold within 120 days, they will get removed from the website. To keep them active, we request you to update the works before 120 days. A notification will be sent to you accordingly.

What should I do if I sell this artwork somewhere else?

In case the artwork that you have uploaded on Bestcollegeart is sold somewhere else, we request you to remove it from Bestcollegeart within 3 hours. If it is not removed and it's sold on Bestcollegeart as well, the responsibility to provide the work or refund to the client will be with you.

How do I know if my artwork is sold?

Bestcollegeart, sends a notification to the artists through email and SMS if any work is sold online. Our art advisory team will also contact you to inform you and take your details. Please make sure that your details like email id , address and phone numbers are always updated on the website.

How do I send the work to you? Is there a timeline for this?

You can send the work in a roll to our Delhi address. The work should be shipped out within 24 hours of receiving the notification of sale. Please ensure you don't miss the timeline as this might effect customer relations and in turn future sales.
