His works portray a sense of personal and social aspects as he explores various media. Sitaram works with domestic objects like clay pots for he believes that there is a sublime quality of extreme social relevance in day to day objects. His works are an attempt at exemplifying social issues though art.
He is an installation artist and his out-of-the-box concepts of installations are what make him stand out.
Sitaram has a Master’s degree from S.N School of Arts & Communication, Hyderabad Central University and has studied Fine Arts from Sir J.J School of Arts, Mumbai. His works have been exhibited at various exhibitions and he is a recipient of the Indo Swiss Scholarship in 2010, Scholarship by Dhoomimal Art Gallery, New Delhi in 2012 and the ‘Young Artist Fellowship’ from the Human Resource Development of India,2014.
