How do I signup / register myself ?

You can click on the top right corner of the portal, www.bestcollegeart.com. After that click on "Create Account" to register. You can also use your Facebook or Google to login.

How do I place an order on Bestcollegeart.

Placing an order on Bestcollegeart is a simple three step process. Step 1: Click on the "Add to Cart" icon next to any work you like. The artworks will then be added to the cart. Step 2 : Click on "Checkout" when you are ready to make the payment. Fill in the details like Address , Phone number etc. Step 3 : Click on "Pay Now" to make the payment. You will be directed to the payment gateway, where you will be directed to enter your card / bank details and make the payment.

What is an Authenticity Certificate?

An Authenticity Certificate is a certificate of authority by the artist. It proves that the artwork is an original and unique work of art by the artist. We at Bestcollegeart ensure that all artworks sold are authentic and original.

What is the heart sign on the artwork? What is a Wishlist?

The heart sign allows you to add artworks to your wishlist. Through a wishlist, you have the option to keep a list of your favourite works online so you don't have to search for them again when you come online next.

How do I use a coupon code ?

A coupon code is essentially a code provided for discounts. If you have a coupon code, use it while checking out at the cart and avail a discount.

I need help in choosing the right artwork, can you help ?

Of course, we at Bestcollegeart make sure that you get the best services whenever you want. We have a dedicated art advisory team which is available on the phone and email to help you in anyway you want. What are exhibitions?

Exhibitions are a curated set of artworks chosen by our art advisors. We continually come up with exhibitions from time to time to help you find the best artworks for all your aesthetic and spatial needs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our endeavour is to ensure that you get your work asap once you have bought it. Generally it depends upon your location, but the maximum time that we take is 7 - 15 working days. I have received my artwork but it's damaged, what should I do now?

We at Bestcollegeart make sure that every artwork goes through strict quality testing before getting shipped out to customers. However, if you still receive a damaged artwork, we will take full responsibility and you can claim a refund within 48 hours of receiving the artwork. Please write to Happyhelp@bestcollegeart.com for immediate response and action.

Will I get my artwork framed ?

Everybody has their own taste when it comes to frames, which is why we at Bestcollegeart send artworks in a roll. However, if you still need any support in terms of framing options, you may write to us at Happyhelp@bestcollegeart.com

Is it safe to make the payment online?

Your safety and security is of prime concern to us. That is why we don't encourage our customers to share their bank or credit card details either on the Bestcollegeart website or with any of our team members. We have PAYU as our payment gateway partner. They use state of the art technology to enable payments /online transactions and have highly secure servers.
